Pureshore ring sizes are small, medium or large. Our Small size equates approximately to UK Wheatsheaf size J/K, Medium is approximately M/N and Large is P/Q. If you really love a piece in a size that we don’t offer, we can usually order this in for you subject to amended delivery times. All jewellery is subject to stock availability.
Shipping Costs
We will provide FREE DELIVERY on all items to the UK during 2022.
UK Mainland
All of our orders are shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and a signature will be required. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, once your order has been dispatched. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of order. Royal Mail delivery is usually within 1-3 days following dispatch.
UK Highlands & Offshore
Additional postage costs may apply to these areas.
Overseas
If you do require shipping to an overseas address, we currently charge £15 for Europe and rest of world. For further information please contact us info@pureshorejewellery.com
Items Not Received
If you experience any issue with delivery of your order, please contact hello@pureshorejewellery.com and we will endeavour to investigate. Please note that we will not be able to re-send or issue a refund until we have investigated with the courier company. If they have evidence that the item was delivered as agreed, we will be unable to reimburse you. You are however welcome to take the issue up with the courier company direct.
Items Damaged in Transit
Whilst every care is taken to package your order securely, occasionally accidents do happen. If an item arrives broken or damaged in any way, please email us at hello@pureshorejewellery.com within 5 days of receipt along with photographic evidence and we will investigate fully to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Pre-order
On occasion, it may be possible to pre-order items that we are expecting to arrive in our web boutique soon. If this is the case, it will be clearly stated on the item. In the event of ordering several items, some of which are on pre order, your order will be sent as several shipments and separate delivery costs may be incurred.
Returns Policy
We hope that you will be thrilled with your Pureshore purchase. However, in the unlikely event that the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the contract, we kindly request that you notify us at hello@pureshorejewellery.com within 7 days of receiving the goods along with a picture of the item concerned and your order number. This will help us to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Our Returns Policy is valid for 30 days. If we don’t hear from you within 30 days of purchase, we will assume that you have accepted the goods and won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) if the item is found to be faulty.
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns on earrings unless the items are faulty.
Changed your mind?
We offer a free and easy return service for goods that are not faulty. Please email us at hello@pureshorejewellery.com within 7 days of receipt of your order and we will send you a free returns label.
Exchanging an item?
We are currently able to offer an exchange on one item within your order. If you would like to exchange one of your purchases, please email us at hello@pureshorejewellery.com and we will be able to send you a free returns label. The exchanged item will incur a small charge of £5 to cover the additional postage cost.
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns on earrings unless the items are faulty.

- Cleaning can occasionally be done with warm mildly soapy water
- Wipe over with a soft cotton (not polishing) cloth after each wear
- Remove before swimming, particularly in chlorinated water
- Avoid wearing jewellery when doing heavy work or sport
The more it is looked after the longer the jewellery should last!
